TRASH/GARBAGE/RECYCLABLES MANAGEMENT

- A dumpster will be available for campsite-generated and community
trash and garbage. Due to the closure of nearby recycling facilities, each MASHOUT attendee will be responsible for taking home
their own recyclable cans and bottles.
- At registration, all attendees will be given garbage bags to use at their
own campsites for trash and garbage only, no recyclables. These can be tossed
in the dumpster when full. More will be available at the Registration Table.
- Only trash actually generated at the central eating and entertainment areas
may be put in the trash receptacles there, and no recyclables may be mixed
with trash.
- Capacity of the dumpster is limited. Please break down boxes, nest plates,
bowls and cups, etc, to reduce volume.
