Belgian Banquet and Awards Ceremony
With Keynote Speaker < TBD >
The capstone to this weekend long celebration will be an
awards ceremony for the Homebrew Competition along with a feast of Belgian
cuisine prepared specially for this event by a Belgian chef. The menu is
still being crafted, but expect delights such as moules a la mariniere (mussels),
frittes (Belgian fries), carbonnades flamandes (beer braised beef), or..... can
you say "Roti de Porc a la Duvel" (pan roasted pork loin seasoned and braised
with Belgium's famous Duvel beer).
