  The January competition will be for any style you want!  This will be a popular vote competition.

  The packaging format can be kegs, growlers, bottles, medicine bottles, even urns will work. As long as you have enough to serve to everyone (at least 2 gallons is recommended) we'll accept your entry.

  April's BURP Meeting will not have its own competition as it will be right on the heels of SOFB. We are likely to have plenty of SOFB leftovers -- please bring food to go with (and homebrew if you don't trust the SOFB leftovers!).

  A few other things of note for the meeting:

  • Lederhosen is strongly encouraged, but not mandatory.

  • We will be in the Buck Pavilion located on Deer Ridge.  Ask the attendant at the entrance for directions or just follow the signs. 

  • There is an admission fee to the park ($3/person for MD residents; $5/person for out-of-towners)
