Ingredients
9 lbs. 2-Row Malt
1 lb. Roast Barley
0.5 lbs. Chocolate Malt
0.25 lbs Black Patent Malt
0.5 lbs. Flaked Oats

Directions
Infusion Mash – 152 F for 45 minutes
90 Minute Boil
1.5 oz Fuggles – 60 Minutes
0.75 oz Fuggles – 20 Minutes
1 tsp Irish Moss – 15 Minutes
12 oz Whole shucked oysters (shell, juices and all. It helps to use a muslin bag to remove the
oysters soon after flameout, while chilling the wort) 1 pkg WLP 004 – Irish Ale Yeast (w/ starter)
Ferment at 68 F for 14 days.
